"Huge congratulations are in order for a fantastic event. It was a wonderful afternoon -- the entertainment was really excellent, the tea beautifully done, pretty tables with inverted top hats full of fresh tulips and old fashioned tea cups, tea sandwiches, fresh strawberries and scones. I can tell you that all the gals at my table really enjoyed themselves and loved their present of a box of tea and their loot from the silent auction -- everyone at my table bought balloons. The actors in character from Alice in Wonderland, the roving a-cappella singers, the mad hatter as MC did a great job. I enjoyed myself thoroughly." -- Suzanne Cross, Smile Theatre board member.

Jennifer Triemstra created a fanciful Wonderland setting for the tea party with her brightly coloured and artful decorations and costumes.

Straight from Wonderland, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and Alice pose for the camera between their tea-drinking and mischief-causing.

Smile Theatre Board of Directors member Marion York and her friends enjoy the tea-riffic tea and goodies prepared by Marilyn Mirabelli and Simply Splendid Victorian Afternoon Teas.

Ryan and Joel McKenna, from Smile’s Into The Parlour, entertain the guests with their rousing renditions of Irish folk songs.
