Tyler Murree, Scrooge Tyler is delighted to join Smile theatre and thrilled to be playing Scrooge. He was last scene as an ensemble member in the world premiere production of The Lord of the Rings: The Musical. He has spent the last 10 years performing across North America in everything from Shakespeare to musical theatre, to new Canadian plays to originating a new Disney Villain. He is a graduate of Queens University and resides in Toronto. He is most proud of his brand new baby niece, Quinn, and he dedicates his performances to her. |

Amy Connolly Amy is absolutely thrilled to be a part of Smile Theatres Christmas production. New to Toronto, Amy originally hails from New Brunswick and is a graduate of Dalhousie Universitys acting program. She spent just over a year in the Maritimes after graduation working for Theatre New Brunswick, The Stephenville Theatre Festival, Live Bait Theatre and Irondale Ensemble Project. Most recently, Amy appeared onstage at the Bluma Appel Theatre as Patty Simcox in Grease. Enjoy the show! |

Eric Craig Since his graduation from the University of Windsor, Eric has performed in numerous shows across Ontario. Among the favourites have been A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Sudbury Theatre Centre), Colette: the Colours of Love, The Glass Menagerie (Talk is Free Theatre), Forever Plaid (Showboat Festival Theatre), and a summer spent outdoors with 4th Line Theatre. While he has never worked with the good folks at Smile before, he is very pleased to be on the tour, and is doing his best to fit in. Thanks to 3SG and much love and thanks to Emily. |

Lezlie Wade-Wadley, Director, Writer, Choreographer Lezlie is thankful to Smile Theatre for the chance to present this World Premiere of her musical adaptation of A Christmas Carol. She is especially pleased for the opportunity to work with long-time friend Tom McPherson. Other plays Lezlie has written include The Chimes, Poor Lydia is Lost, and most recently Make em Laugh for Smile. Currently she is working with Wayne Gwillim on Queen of the Mist. Last year her non-musical version of A Christmas Carol won three Jessie awards for Carousel Theatre in Vancouver. Lezlies most recent directing credits include the Restoration Period Study at George Brown Theatre School. Upcoming projects include Waiting for the Parade at U of T, and William Finns Elegies at the Berkeley St. Theatre. Lezlie is a member of the Lincoln Centre Directors Lab, the founding Artistic Director of Theatre in Port and was Artistic Director of The Georgian Theatre Festival until 2003. She is currently the founding and Artistic Director of Theatremanation which produced the Canadian premiere of Book of Days. Special thanks to Kevin for ...well, everything! |

Tom McPherson, Musical Director, Composer Originally from Niagara Falls, Tom McPherson is now active in Vancouver as a conductor, accompanist, vocal coach, composer, arranger, and music publisher. He is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, the Royal Conservatory of Music, and the University of Toronto. Tom is a member of both the BC Choral Federation and the Association of Canadian Choral Conductors, and he enjoys working in musical theatre whenever he can. In 2005, Tom assisted composer Stephen Smith in preparing the music for Alley Cats, an original Canadian musical starring Rex Harrington that premiered at Vancouvers Vogue Theatre. Tom is delighted and honoured to be working collaboratively with Lezlie Wade, a long-time friend, in this charming new adaptation of A Christmas Carol. |

Bill Brillinger, Stage Manager Bill is pleased to be returning to Smile for his fourth season, after finishing last season with Good Morning Cottage Country. This show also brought smiles to audiences in Montreal, Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo as part of Smiles planned expansion. This past summer, Bill stage managed for Lighthouse Festival Theatre in Port Dover. He will also be touring with Smiles Queen of the Mist next spring. |
| Cathy Elliott, Set, Costume and Props Design Ms. Elliott is delighted to once again be involved with the Smile Company. Cathys theatre career spans over twenty years and encompasses all disciplines of theatre life. She has performed, designed, composed and written plays all over Canada. Sudbury Theatre Centre, Theatre Collingwood, Theatre Orangeville, Rainbow Theatre, Burning Passions Theatre, TIFT, Diamond Tooth Gerties, Nakai Theatre and others. Her musical, Fireweeds, is being featured as a reading at the inaugural Canadian Musical Theatre Festival this winter.
