Artist Biographies
Michael Hogeveen
Michael is thrilled to join the Smile Theatre family. He started his theatrical career by playing the roles of Dickon (The Secret Garden) and Frederick (Pirates of Penzance) in his hometown of Kincardine, Ontario. He then moved onto the Ryerson University stage, graduating with a BFA and playing roles such as Richard III (Richard III), Heck Munro (Walking on Water) and Ferdinand (Dutchess of Malfi). After graduating he has kept busy working on several stunt projects in which he has run into brick walls, been lit on fire with gasoline, and thrown from third story windows. Michael is relieved to be back on solid ground and working with such an amazing organization. He would like to thank his friends and family for their continuous love and support.
